Our Space Rental Minimum Charge is $25.00.

Any RV or Boat over 17' is charged $1.50 a foot.

For Example:

    20' Boat or RV would cost $30.00 Per Month, $360.00 Yearly
      (20' x $1.50 = $30.00)
    25' Boat or RV would cost $37.50 Per Month  $450.00 Yearly
       (25' x $1.50 = $37.50)
    30' Boat or RV Would cost $45.00 Per Month  $540.00 Yearly
        (30' x $1.50 = $45.00)
    35' Boat or RV Would cost $52.50 Per Month  $630.00 Yearly
        (35' x $1.50 = $52.50)
    40' Boat or RV Would cost $60.00 Per Month  $720.00 Yearly
        (40' x $1.50 = $60.00)

* A One Month Security Deposit is required if your renting less than 1 year
